Darbyshire

CASE STUDY.

Darbyshire Fine Art Framers

We were approached by Paul Freedman at Darbyshire Framers to help the company cement their heritage as the UK’s and Europe’s leading fine art framer.

Through research we discovered the frame is much like good design; it should be only visible when intended to be seen. This led us on a path to making the invisible visible, to make the frame the holder of the art. We took inspiration from the local Cotswolds area and the heritage that came with Shirehorses working the fields and factories in the surrounding valleys. This forms part of the core brand. *No-one fucks with a Shirehorse.
